Friend created account at my place on my computer

As title, my friend created an account at my place, using my computer and internet, does it mean when she goes home and play and vote, I will be affected?

 

Well if both of you log in on your own computers in game on the account you are going to vote for, then log out from the game before you vote there shouldn't be any issues.

 

She did play on my computer once, is that ok? Will it affect me?

 

It could affect your voting unless you follow what I said above before voting.
That's no problem, though if it happens a lot it could be seen as you are both characters and that would be bad. Playing on the same computer often is not advised and account sharing is strictly forbidden.
