Hello All! I had some questions in regards to a few things that is happening to my friend when trying to play MapleRoyals. I wanted her to join me on the server, however, she is having some major difficulties. First, she can't even get onto the website. She has tried from multiple computers in her household but it will not load Mapleroyals.com at all. I have not even heard of anything like this happening. Has anyone had a similar issue? Second, I was able to send her to the download link and she was able to download it from there. When she completed downloading it she keeps getting the message that she cannot log on due to a firewall, a server check type message. She made sure to add MapleRoyals to her exception list and everything to her firewall. Anyone have any suggestions on this? I would love for her to join this awesome server but it just doesn't seem to be working in her favor. Thank you in advance for your help. -Kai
Hey there! We've been experiencing connection issues for the past week. It is not a problem on our end, as other games have gone down this week as well (xbox live, fortnite, nintendo online, etc) it is a problem that is bigger than what our server host can answer, at the moment.
