Hello, My friend was (Auto)Banned on Sunday from the Game and Forums. He told me it was because he just logged on and used a skill then the game shut down on him and he cant access because he has been permanently banned from maple royals. Is there any way you can relieve his ban or at least unban him from the forums to make a Ban Appeal? Please Reply back fast thanks! Nervous/Jesse!

Your friend was clearly damage hacking doing 66k damage, which is outside the possible damage he could do given his level and job.
I know him and hes and actual legitimate player.He always likes doing stuff the hard way by playing normal instead of 'Hacking'. Maybe your (Auto)Banned system has mistaken because this guy doesn't hack at all. Maybe there is a possible chance you will be able to relieve his banned for a second chance?. P.s. Hes to big of a dumb ass, so he wouldn't know how to hack. Thanks ^^
He was banned for using stars called wolbis making him do 66k damage. I know there were other players banned for same reason and aren't right now. So is it possible to remove his banned because of this problem?
