character name: its a friend's forum name, Broom. Im sorry but I cannot write this in the format. Im Broom's friend, and I heard from her that she gets banned for no reason. Today she tried asking for help from the GM's in the forum chat box, and got banned for spamming or trolling w.e. Her way of writing is quite different from others I agree, but its not a way to judge people, shes a great person and thats her way of writing. She told me she got sad that people called her troll because of her way of writing, and everytime she logs on royals she gets banned because of it. I think its really ugly to ban a person for that, thats how she is, all she did was asking for help, I dont see why its so hard to help a person even when he writes like that, if u understood that he needs help couldnt u try to understand his problem? and what is wrong with asking for help in chat box, I mean why would there be a chat box? also, if the GMs have enough time to chat there cant they help? All i ask is that the ban will be lifted and she gets a nice treatment and not be called a troll again. Thanks.
She has the physical capability to write normally. If she wants to talk like that to her friends, that's totally up to her. If you're going to request help, then you don't talk like that to people. You make it as clear and concise as possible so that people can help you. We shouldn't have to struggle to understand you when you're the one asking for help. If you want to chat, then that's fine. But if you are disturbing other people and refusing to respect other people, then it can be seen as a form of harassment. If she agrees to abide by the rules of the forum and be respectful of other people, then she will be unbanned, but not before that. People find it incredibly difficult to read stuff like that and would prefer not to do so. Secondly, it is against the rules to ask for staff support in the shoutbox. This is no exception and if she doesn't stop asking it is more than enough reason to ban her from the shoutbox.
Thanks for replying, First of all, I know she can write normally, but she doesnt speak like that to people she doesn't know, its hard for her. Second, It isnt all about the chat ban, its more about the treatment she gets, people laugh at her for talking like that and that makes her sad. I understand that you cant ask for help in the chatbox, but can I ask you to give her a second chance? I'll talk to her about respecting other players, please, shes a really good person if you get to know her, and I promise it will never happen again.
