Closed Friends got banned.

Hello Tim and other admins.

My username is xKeithle and I recently got banned for botting. However, instead of having just my account banned, my hostel's IP address was banned including my friends who play in the same hostel.

Basically, I am posting here to ask if it is possible to change how the punishment can be kept fair but not punish those that did not break your terms. What I can propose is to either extend the ban on my account, make it permanent or even consider wiping my account off the database.

I believe MapleRoyal trives on players who enjoy the community and a significant number of players pull their friends along to play with them. This category of players probably form a significant portion of the population and contribute most to the community that makes MapleRoyal what it is. Thus, a blanket ban on IP Addresses may hurt this crucial aspect of the game.

Therefore, I believe what I am proposing is both fair and can make MapleRoyal friendlier. On the downside, I understand that there is no definite way of proving how my friends' accounts are not my alts, of which I can probably provide you with pictures and I will gladly give you my alt's username (of which I have only one) to get perma-banned, wiped.
