IGN: ThiccAss Problem: Not knowing gacha had a minimum level and 'wasted' 30k NX. Details: My girlfriend recently bought the 30k NX stack gacha while not knowing of the level requirement (me too). Was wondering if it was possible to refund her the NX for the gacha's? I know it's just NX and we can get it everyday but was still wondering if it is still possible to get a refund please? (Just a random LDR couple who only plays when we're both online, hence leveling can be slow)
Unfortunately we don't do such refunds. Your girlfriend will have to keep it till she reaches level 50.
You can just hold onto those tickets until you reach lvl 50 and then use it all They won't disappear, and it's like you'd buy them at lvl 50, they would just sit in your inv. until then, and the whole thing would "push you back" nx-wise about 3 days or so? If you're not playing and being online that much anyway, I don't see a reason to ask for a refund <3
