   After reaching the daily Balloon PQ limit, upon trying to enter you will get this message from Gaga. However, he doesn't take you to the entrance.
   
   I think the intended message is something like:
   "You have reached the limit of 6 attempts per day, so I can't take you to the Entrance right now."
