Hi GMs, I don’t know if I got hacked or that it is a bug, but my gaia cape changed stats from 9Wa to 4wa overnight. What do I do now and is it possible to retrieve my item?
Did you use any Chaos scrolls on it? If you believe you were hacked, we are only able to recommend resetting your password, PIC and PIN (please avoid using the same login info for other online services such as other private servers)
hi GM, I did not use a chaos scroll on it, however logging in the next day this morning, the WA changed from the day before being 9 to currently, 4. Is there a way to fix this bug? Because I spent about 820M on the item and it would be such a waste if I cannot retrieve my item
Tbh it sounds like a different cape completely. 9att 0 slots are going 1.2-1.3b on forums, did you buy it from market?
Yes, I bought it from someone who mega-ed in game, not from the forums. Doesn’t seem like a hack to me, more of a bug, since all my other items and stats are intact. How do I retrieve my item in this case?
Never seen game breaking bug like this that it’s more likely you were traded the wrong item unless you are 100% sure you were given the right item and you didn’t put it on another character. You’ll just have to wait for admin to check your transactions to make sure it is a bug and not unfortunate mistake. Might be beneficial to post when did you obtain the cape and who you traded with, but probably wait for more instruction from Dave or other staff member.
Items don't magically change stats like that. A bug like that is practically impossible and can't even occur without a server restart, The server's been continuously online since August 2nd. Are you certain the cape you traded was a 9 attack and you checked after the trade was made?
Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the transaction because I never thought that something like that would happen. I did check the cape afterwards and that the transaction was legit. As of now, the most I can do is to wait for assistance, but seriously, 820M down the drain is too much to bear ;(
If you don’t recall having that 4att 3slot cape, then the only logical explanation is that that’s the cape you purchased from the smega. Can you provide screenshots of the cape and the ign of the player you traded?
This is the cape right now, totally destroyed. As for the ign of the player I traded, not sure anymore as I did not anticipate this event.
