The Sandman Challenge is a challenge whereby you are pledged to serve the rest of your life in Nihal Desert! The Sandman Challenge is inspired by other challenges such as Legoman , Cavemen and Islander challenge. *** Why Ariant? Why the Nihal Desert? Nihal Desert consists of Ariant and Magatia, Light and Darkness, a very cool place for this challenge to take place, but most importantly almost no one ever visits this place, which makes this place the perfect place for just us Sandmen to rule Nihal Desert! *** Create a character to level 30, ensure your exp is at 0.00% by suiciding and forfeit all your quests. Remove all non-cosmetic items in your inventory (Equip, Use, Setup, Etc) [Letters included] Remove all equipped items, now go to lith habour's armory and shop for your Basic Sandman Wear from [Just like creating a new character] Change your hairstyle/eye/face if you want to, you wont be able to leave Nihal Desert after you started! Now head to Ariant, purchase 100 White Pots , 100 Mana Elixirs and 3 stacks of arrows/stars [depends on your job] Purchase a level 30 and below weapon from the weapon store in Ariant Town Take the following screenshots your characters equipped panel, Inventory expanded (all 5 tabs) *** To break it down Sandman Starter Package : Level 30 character with 0.00% Level 30 weapon [unscrolled] Basic Sandman Wear [unscrolled] 100 White Pots, 100 Mana Elixirs 1) SANDMEN are not allowed to leave Nihal Desert (Except for 3rd job advancement) 2) SANDMEN are not allowed to kill monsters not in Nihal Desert (event mobs are an exception) 3) SANDMEN are not allowed to trade, party or loot from other players outside of the guild 4) During 3rd Job Advancement, SANDMEN are not allowed to loot stuff outside of Nihal Desert, complete the advancement and return immediately. 5) SANDMEN are not allowed to participate in Events THAT are accessible outside of Nihal Desert. Events that are accessible through FM are allowed. *Getting a mount during 3rd job advancement is allowed [Prepare 20million mesos] Nihal Desert Weapon Availability Spoiler The Exchange System [NOT IMPLEMENTED]- The Exchange System will be implemented after receiving positive feedbacks from the community - The Exchange System is a system whereby you are allowed to exchange with me Nihal Desert ETCs in exchange for weapons that arent available in Nihal Desert. [Job Exceptions as some jobs might not have weapons dropped there, still checking] - The Exchange System will be built in a way to balance certain classes, meaning weaker classes will perhaps be able to exchange a higher level weapon.
Exchange System will not be implemented after reviewing weapon availability in Nihal Desert. The Challenge is pretty balanced in terms of Weapon drops for all classes!
