game crash after selecting char

    hi,
    my game keep crashing after i select char and type in my PIC with a connection error.
    tried creating a new char, update graphic card, restarting PC and none worked.
    any suggestions? am i banned or something?

    I just experienced the disconnection bug myself

    Solved it via Clean Boot, so I would recommend you to try as well
