Solved [Solution Given] game crashes after clicking character select

Hello,

I recently installed royals on my desktop.

Whenever I select a character and press start, it crashes every time (see screenshot below).

However, I also tried it with my laptop, it works with no issue.

So, on my desktop, I used to use win10 so I formatted it to win11 and still have the same issue.



Can you guide me how to fix it?

 

I got to step 4 but, I still could not log in to the game.

So, I cannot go to the menu and untick show clock

 

Have tried the above steps, however still get same issue of not being able to log in to update world clock.
Step 4 does not allow me to log in past the PIC step. Just instant crash, have tried removing + re-adding PIC.
All combinations of Disabling compatibility + enabling. Cannot proceed into the game after entering PIC.
