Each time I log into my account and select a character to log into the channel, the game either loads for a brief moment and then crashes or shows a plain black screen, and the game won't respond. I've tried turning off compatibility and other solutions that I looked for on the forum but without success... I don't know if it's related, but NX Shop also causes crashes from time to time. I have Windows 10 if it helps in any way.
