Solved [Solution Given] Game crashes upon entering PIC with just one character

    Where the issue occurred: Login Screen
    Date and time (GMT): 2/17/2024 1AM
    Details of the issue: I am unable to log into my storage mule. Every time I attempt to log in, as soon as I input the PIC the game crashes immediately. I am currently using crossover on Mac. There are no issues with my other 2 accounts.

    Can you tell me what you did? I have the same problem! I can only access my mule and not my main character!

    I reset the password, PIN, and PIC and i was able to access my character

    Didn't seem to work for me. Mule still works fine but main character still crashes after I reset pw, pin and pic ):
