Game crashes when I'm in the game every 5-10 mins.

    I need help why Maplestory crashes every 5-10 mins when i'm playing.

    If you can, try with a different network like using your phone as a hotspot.
    Or try with a different computer.
    Also try with using a cable instead of wifi, somehow people have had problem with their wifi.

    the game just starts, plays for a few minutes then it kills the program.

    all i did was DL the setup and install it. started the exe with the shortcut on the desktop.

    There is no reason why it should crash, unless there is a problem on your end.
    It's either what I said above or maybe an antivirus program that causes it.
