The game still seems to be crashing for me when i launch it after the 24/1/22 patch, I tried runnig in compatible win 7 mode as admin and it didnt work. I tried installing the .img version that i found in the bug sections and still doesnt work. Anyway to get some help with this? I've been waiting for a month and a half to play this game i check the forums daily to see if there is a fix
try to set it as administrator and logging a different character (the character may be hanging in a map)
almost a month after and still no reply... damn, Seems like the minority with this issue are just not important..
this is usually caused by the game files getting auto deleted by anti viruses like Avast you will have to make an exception on the game directory and reinstall the game into that directory with the exception eg Avast - > menu -> settings -> general -> add exception directory to use is (make sure its the one where the game is install to) C:\Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals then reinstall the game to this directory again sometimes the installer can also be partially deleted by the antivirus so you will have to save/redownload the installer in another folder with an exception
Dont have avast, Already did put the maple folder into the exception both into malware bytes and windows defender. The problem is that the game launches, Gets to a white screen and then stops working.
