Hey guys, it's been like that for a few months now, after I go through 3-4 portals or go into cash shop the game just gets stuck in the black screen transition between the maps, it's really impossible to play like this.. any idea how to solve this? Edit : I waited for a few minutes and appearantly it also disconnects to log screen after a while. Edit : solved ! appearantly, a program called Sandboxie solves it.
I have the same exact problem for a while now. Took like a 3 month hiatus to wait and hope for this problem to be fixed, but still happens.
*pump* guys I really need help with this, it's an extremely strange problem and there seems to be no way to solve it from where I stand
Yeah, it's pretty unplayable like this. Just so the GMs know a little bit more about this issue, it seems to be about time, not exactly how many portals you go through. After like 4 minutes of playing, the next portal you go through (or if you cc), the screen turns black. It does mean however that I can stay in one map as long as I want but if I want to leave I have to relaunch the client. Also the screen just goes black, it doesn't d/c you per se, so it also does not give you an error code. I have to go to task manager and terminate the program always.
Have you tried redownloadijg and reinstalling the game? Are you playing on Windows 10, 8.1, or 7? Have you tried disabling all startup programs before playing?
Had this problem since new source came, apparently the black screen transition goes away when you open the game in Sandboxie
