game is unplayable due to lags for like 3 hours from like 18:00 to 21:00 server time

    hey, so lately i've noticed that every single day with no exception, at around 18:00 to 21:00 server time game is laggy as hell and is basically unplayable for me. my friend is experiencing it aswell. anyone else feels like it aswell? and if not, do u know of a way to fix it?
    please serious comments only, its really frustrating.

    I notice you are from Israel... there have been reports in the past of some Israel ISP's throttling their service during peak hours, so this is likely the same issue. You will need to speak to your ISP to find out why this is happening, and if there's anything you can do to fix it.
