Not Bug Game keep on crashing

    Dear GM, my game keep on crashing when i login to my characters. All of my character get the same problem. When i login, it automatically close my game and a error code appeared.
    error code: - 2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)
    please help me fix it.. thank you..

    i am very sure my files updated. i can login another id. just one of my id cannot login and that is my main id.

    Can you explain in more details what happens when you dc, and where it happens, does it happen when you click on a character, before you click on a character, in game, etc..?

    after i choose the character then enter to the game and straight away dc.. if not mistaken my characters are inside free market.. 3 of my character in same id have the same problem

    No, you have to manually download the Setup from the download page.
    You need to provide the image otherwise I will not be able to help you further.

    You can simply download the Setup and run it. it will install over your MapleRoyals folder if you haven't manually moved it.

    can someone please tell me why i'm getting lag spikes? Before it was crashing and lagging then i got the update file, installed it and just logged back on now. I still lag, anyone have an idea why?

    GM Tengo el mismo problema con solo 2 de mi personaje, la diferencia es que uno está en fm. y el otro por error, hice clic en el botón de evento
