Game Launch Error - Internal Exception and Unable to Start

    Getting two errors when launching the client - - Have tried reinstalling,
    - Have tried to uninstall then restart laptop Nd then reinstall,
    - Have tried both client mirrors,
    - System is Windows 10,
    - Have tried to start as administrater, toggle comptability.

    Error codes - 0xc0000142; 0x716d4145

    Would add pictures but was unable
