Name of character:Namelessx detail:around 2:00 am pst time april 30,I got disconnected from training at temple of time 4,at time the exp bar was at 93%-ish, so I decided to relog in until leveling up.But the menu bar said the server is undergoing maintenance and had no prior statement on the forum. around 3:30 am pst ,when i logged in game that found the my 1 hour-ish hard working training process has been reset,my exp bar back to 10%-ish ,and all the mesos,loots are gone(8m mesos,and70--ish 90-100 drops). I am frustrated now,and I think all the effort I put in just waste of time.Please back my process in game,thank you.
It's not that easy, the process to restore a character takes many hours it's also very unlikely your character can be restored when you lost 1 hour of training. May also take a few days before an admin is available to sit down for those hours to just look into if there is anything that can be done, and you won't be able to play on your character until then. You also need to post in character issues.
