EDIT: Added issue to the running log. Good Evening, I have a concern regarding my ability to log-in to your game. I had Alt+F4'd out of the game after a failure to load the CS. Upon attempting to log-in to the game again, it mentions that "This account is already logged in or the server is under inspection". Is there a way to force close my account server-side? Thank you for your help.
We have a thread specifically for these type of problems, please use it: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/log-account-already-logged-in.87463/ And unfortunately we cannot force log you out if you got stuck in the Cash Shop.
