Solved [Solution Given] Game will not launch (missing mr.dll)

hi, can anyone able to help me figure out how to launch the game. i have never played and ive used both installers but upon installation the game doesnt open. tracked it on task manager and it closes maplestory in the tasks a second after it runs. i have reinstalled the game, ran the download and game on admin, excluded it in every possible way on symantec, updated windows, updated graphics driver but it seems the issue is there there with the mr.dll file. here is the error log from event viewer (the file is in the game folder):

Thanks but I have that excluded as well. I have excluded the launcher and mr.dll file as well to no avail ;(

 

Just checked, nope. Is it possible that an anticheat from another game could prevent it from launching?

 

Yup, thanks a lot. Just turned off Riot Games Vanguard anticheat and it works now.
