Game won't open when I use my screens best resolution

    My screens resolution is 1768 x 992 and when I open the game with this resolution selected it says "error code : -2005530585 (Unknown error 0x88760827)" but when I open the game with 1280 x 1024 selected everything works fine. any solution to this?
