Genuine or fake 50%?

    Someone told me that this isn't a genuine 50%

    Is it legit? I'm just looking for more opinions. Ideally a GM would clear this up.

    You should also know that overall dex 30%s say they give 4 dex instead of 5. That is a typo as well. They give 5.
