Getting disconnected trying to get into cash shop or while switching channels

    Seems like 90% of my attempts to enter the Cash Shop end up with a black screen and 15 seconds later getting disconnected to the log in menu with the message "unable to log on to the game server.", and it also happens randomly while trying to switch channels...
