Can't. To get RP you need to buy them on your own account. Also can't buy RP for someone else, as it'd count as account sharing. She could use your credit card if you'd like her to have some cool RP but you can't log in to her account on the website and you can't know her details whatsoever. You can also send her money on Paypal so she can buy it through that
Please do be careful if you gonna lend your card to someone else (regardless of girlfriend, friends or family members) Cause if your bank detected it as a fraudulent transaction, the bank may chargeback the recent transactions, resulting in the involved accounts getting banned
