IGN: CaptainHeidi Problem: Give me back my goddamn socks UI Frame thing. On the first day of the christmas event, I got that stupid socks frame UI item. But then the next time I logged in it was gone. I did NOT drop it. I had no reason to drop it. I tried to discard the quest to get it again, but I still cannot. I even tried dropping my 40 balls of wool to see if that would make it appear. It did not. Please just give me back my stupid sock frame so that I can just complete the quest. Please. I am so frustrated about this!
Double click the sock frame in your inventory. If you don't have one, you'll need to forfeit and reaccept the quest
Okay, so apparently the issue is that you have to keep the 6 encylopedias in your inventory, or your sock frame will be removed? I think I must have previously collected them to get the quest, but then I wanted the inventory space and figured that the encylopedias were useless until I completed the sock frame quest. So I had dropped them, with the intention of relooting them later. But that must have caused my sock frame to be deleted, and me to become very confused!
Ugh it would be much better if we did not need to hold them in our inventory the whole time it takes us to complete the quest. As I also dropped my 40 wool, I have to re-collect those all over again.
