I bought a 7 day Mushy shop (on character 'Publicity'), expiring in 3 days. Today, when trying to open a shop, I got the message "Please see Fredrick to retrieve your items etc....". The problem however is that I am unable to click Fredrick at all. In fact when I click him it glitches my character and I can't actually click anything else in the game until I exit through a portal. I've tested this in other accounts, and characters sharing the player "Publicity", and everyone else is able to click Fredrick. This problem is localized to Publicity and Publicity only. I understand that you guys are very busy and that this issue may not be resolved right away but if it takes longer than the 31st would I be able to get a refund on the shop? Best Regards, Peter
Not sure what the "publicity" thing is but can you try going near the NPC and pressing npc chat? Not sure if it works. Or you can try dragging the chat bar up and down. It usually helps unglitch you and let you click stuff. I might have gotten the shit totally wrong but seems like you're in a rush.
I have moved your thread to character issues as it's a known problem that happens in rare situations, your only option right now would be to wait for a Server Check. As for your requested refund, we will look into what we can do to help you during said Server Check.
