Closed [Glitched] My white scroll dissapeared from my Hired Merchant.

    Yes, i know this sounds like i'm trying to get a free WS. I assure you, i'm not.

    After the server reset (31-7-2019 00:05) i quickly ran with my merch to get a good FM spot.
    To make sure i owned the spot, i put up a White Scroll since i want that to be the first thing people see.

    After putting it up, i noticed the spot next to me wasn't taken yet (which is a better spot, i did not expect to get that door spot)
    So i closed my store, jumped to the right and put up my new store. I used a Mushroom House Elf (14 days) for this.

    Then i tried to add the White Scroll again, but it was not in my inventory. I walked up to Frederick, since i thought it would be there.
    He had no items for me, i triple checked my inventory but it was gone. I quickly relogged hoping it would help, but the scroll was still gone.

    It is not in my store, it is not at Fredrick, and it is not in my inventory. I'm not sure what happened, but i believe it has to be some sort of glitch.
    I immediately asked for a GM and spoke to Andreas, he told me i should open a ticket under Character issues - hence you're reading this now.

    I hope there is a way to look at my inventory with a timeline or anything so i can prove this really happened.
    That WS was worth almost half of my gameplay, it took me months to get this far and it just dissapeared in a split second.

    If there's anything i can provide in any way to back up my story please let me know. (there's someone i've been talking to who kind of witnessed the process),
    and i wouldn't dare to lie about stuff like this since my account means alot to me and believe me, i dont want to get banned LOL.

    Is there anyone else who had a similar problem and were they able to solve it, or is there a GM/editor/idontevenknow who can help me with this?
    I'm willing to work and try to recreate the glitch if needed.

    Please let me know what to do, because this really stings.
