Closed GM abuse

Last thing you did: Defeating Pianus
Why do you think you got banned?: Me and someone else ( after happend to be a gm ) were both looking for a pianus to kill.
After 18 channels we found one, but he happend to be litterly 30 sec before me in the room and started attacking already.
So when i came in he asked me to leave, even tho were both looking at same time.
I nicely asked him to team up because pianus doesnt spawn that very often.
He said NO, leave or enjoy the 3 day ban, i didint leave, he stopped for 1 minute and banned me.
If he was already attacking for long i can understand why i cant also attack.
But we both were looking at the same time, he just happens to be there few sec.
Thought a GM should be more nice then this. Don't think my 3 day ban or how ever long is justified.

You weren't the map owner and refused to leave when you were asked. I'm not sure what you're appealing when you're admitting to KSing. Whether someone was using a map 3 seconds or 3 minutes before you doesn't matter. Where is the abuse?

When reviewing the evidence everything required here was included:

 

it is bullshit that the fact that he only came 30 sec before even though we were searching at the same time, and then doesnt wanna team up, but does order me to leave.
If the situation was reversed i would never say he had to go, simply because the boss is rare, and i knew he was also searching AT THE SAME TIME.
As a GM you should be more of a teamplayer then any other normal player in my opinion.
The fact that i get instantly banned for something like this is just bullshit.
People can scam other people all day long without getting banned, but something like this instantly gets 3 days ban.
Thought you guys were better then this, now just hiding behind some official bullshit, but when it comes to things that are really important you can't do shit.

 

I'm not sure what you were expecting to happen when you were breaking the rules even after being explained to that what you were doing was a bannable offense(Extra information that is no longer even required in a report). Your response to this was to say "Just party me" while continuing to attack, ignoring the request by the map owner. You were asked to stop attacking more than once over a period of time but responded by saying that you refuse to stop attacking because you've been scanning all of the channels trying to find Pianus.

Since you haven't been wrongly banned I can't do anything more here.

 

And who banned me? since i've read its not ok for a gm to ban me when something happens to himself in the game, another gm should do that.

Doesnt look like someone else did it because i got banned instantly when he said to me: i warned you.
I think both parties made some mistakes, can't we just leave it at a warning ?
I promise to not make the same mistake again else you can perma ban me...
