~gm command won't work for me

    Tried to report glitched spawn via the ~gm command ingame and got the message: "You can only message GM's once every minute".

    This was the first time I'd attempted to contact the GM's ingame since the server came back online after the emergency server check.

    Waited over a minute and tried again. Same message. Waited a couple of minutes and tried again. Still same message.

    Gave up and came to forum to report both the spawn issue and the ~gm command.
