dear gamemaster recently i try to buy owl from cash shop and they told me npc at free market sells owl so i click frederick by accidently very quick not even a blink i click the last one i bought 25 owl for 55 m . and the owl was very slow to search for items. it take at least 10 mins to find everything i just need one . im not rich i made 90m was ready to buy work gloves att 10 for 90m i lost all that money very sad i know that count as player error but just please and see if u guys can help me out i know its private server but there still rules .
I dont think GMs can help you with this issue since you confirmed the purchase sadly. Hope you make your money back soon
