GMs being biased towards non-donate / Why some get banned and some dont? (for same reasons)

Also take into account that some of these bans contradict themselves, i.e person A gets banned for saying "youre a piece of shit" then later Person B doesnt get banned for saying "lazy asshole" ... whats the difference, is it missing a "you" in the beggining??

Some others get banned for profane language, wait... mine had profane language in there too? mm...ok
