Godly item question

So I was searching for a good Maple Shine wand when I found this



I was confused because I thought the godly system could only make items +0-5 stats above average as written here

And since the MapleRoyals Library says the m.att of the Maple Shine Wand is 80 and
BBB.Hidden-street.net says the Highest attack of the wand possible is 83,



I was wondering how this is possible.

Don't use Hidden street for items. Use our library instead. library.royals.ms If you hover over the stats, it will show you the max with godly system.

 

Any base over 40 has a potential of going over +10 of the average.
