    I play 2 account at home. Could i vote with each account every other day? Would i be put into voting black list?

    No. I think it's counted as "vote abuse",cause if voting multiple accounts is allowed people will be making as much account as they can and vote each of them everyday.However,you won't be put into the "voting black list" if you only vote one account a day I guess.

    Not sure what black list you talking about but you would get banned, maybe even permanent.

    You can only vote once. One person gets one vote. Not per account.

    To answer your question, if you vote with Account A on Day 1 and with Account B on Day 2, you are properly voting, and would not be banned. As long as you observe the 24 hour wait time between voting, you will be okay.
