Pretty worthless.. im assuming its some mage only hat with 7 ma, which cant be used for washing and pretty much all mages use zakum helmets.
you are right its only mage hat, but for it being 7magic attack with 7 slots are u sure its not worth anything?
The thing is, most mages are lukless which means they cant wear the hat. Any low level mage who does have luk enough to wear it, and is low level, is probably not gonna have any real meso to pay for it anyway, so its pretty worthless
