Closed Got banned for Hacking

Hello my name is eden , So lately i got banned for hacking in IGN : Karasamai
i havent played the game for 2years , when i first tried to join this week , i figured my Password and Email got changed , and now the account itself is banned for hacking , i Clearly never hacked in this account and i even wasted money on this game as you can see the bills Sent to my Email : censored
never had intentions to hack , all i want is to enjoy the game as it is , and im conviced my account got taken away and used for hacking , if you guys can just check the IP used in the hacked Account.

if im not wrong karasmai was my only char there , and last time i played was 2years ago

 

i have 2 other accounts , one with no chars
and the other i have , Priest AncientMagus , and Beginner Estas

i tried to change it on karasamai before a week , but someone changed it before me , and i never changed any details on my other acc where i had my chars on
ive tried doing it today and it worked i was able to go into my Account and change the details like my password

 

i only changed my password , i cant change my pin,pic since im banned , also i never changed my pic/pin in that account eversince i made it , and on the control panel it says i dont even have pic/pin

Listen i havent played on that account for more than 2years , and the reason why i may have pin/pic is prob due to the fact that i got my account taken by a hacker or smth.
i have no idea how to change pin/pic outside the game , if it literally says i dont have any pic/pin.
