I got banned for using macro/auto-keybord. I would like that to be removed, as i didnt use any macro or auto-keybord. What i did is letting a weight over the buttom when i'm tired of pressing it, but, if i let it auto atack for a long time, the atack will bug and it will stop hitting mosnters, so, i have to move it myself before i can keep resting, that said, i can't just let it there and go away, i have to stay here and keep playing. I also take the loot from the monsters.

You were banned for botting. Putting a weight on your key is against the rules.

That is not a bot, to start with.

Engage in robot play (i.e., "botting") or any other behavior that allows you (or any character you are controlling) to automatically function or effect any action in a game with or without your presence; Punishment: 1st offence - 7 day ban, 2nd offence - permanent ban -> The atacks only go for like 3 minutes, and them stop hitting monsters until my mana go out, if it were a bot it would auto move and keep atacking non-stopping. I was still playing as i had to use my buffs (that were used as soon as they ended),mana pots, and i was looting all dark crystals and good equips that the monsters dropped.

First, you need to be patient. There's a lot of other work staff are doing. Second, as you quoted the T&C, you were engaging in behavior where you were able to attack automatically with/without you being present (putting the weight on the key). That is a violation of the T&C and hence, the ban

There is some sort of way to lift the ban earlier? I have more people on my house who play mapleroyals and got banned because of me, and, if there isn't, is there a way to the other people be able to play?

I won't be doing that again, as i didn't know i couldn't do that (i didn't read the rules). Did i get banned because someome reported me? I told quite a big number of people that i was doing that

There is no way that anyone else that shares an IP address with you can play until the ban has been lifted.

And there is some sort of way to lift ban earlier? I know its my fault for not reading the rules of the game before playing...

No, as you said, you committed the offense in question. You must serve the punishment time.

Nor is ignorance an excuse. The ban must be served in full.
