Hello, in the past i got banned for voting abuse (since i didnt register to the whitelist with my brother and we both voted from the same house), now i get dc everytime i register and try to get into the game - cliking on the character (with new account). i would like to start over again and my brother is retired so i wont do vote abuse again, i think i got MAC-BAN and thats the reason i get dced. my characters that are banned are : GodOfFIRE, LeftThrower. thanks in advance.
Thanks, but i didnt ask for the account to be unbanned, just the computer.. im not cheating or something just played with 2 accounts on the same computer (since i had abrother) and now he is retired. for all the normal account viewing this i would like to get a comment from a staff member thanks, this is not helping.
You may confirm with a Staff with what I said The permanent ban is based on the player, IP and MAC address Your MAC ban will not be lifted
and why i wont be able to start over with a new account? as i said i wasnt cheating or something, just didnt play in the whitelist and we both got banned anyway. thanks for the information but as i said its not helping that you would guess or think what a staff member does, let him just answer me.
You as a person are banned from the game along with your computer and connection. A permanent ban means you're not allowed to play at all anymore.
for not being whitelisted with my brother (since its too much infromation to send) we are linked as criminals? he is not gonna play again so whats the problem ill come with new account over again? you are acting like i tried to hack the game
I never once made any claims you were hacking. However, you did break the rules by vote abusing to the point where you were permanently banned. Unfortunately ignorance of the rules (even the voting rules, which are listed on the page you vote from), is not a valid reason to have broken them.
