Closed got banned?

Hello. I was playing with my night lord (ign Andolir) and aparrently i got banned. I have tried all my characters and "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" appears.

I honestly dont know why, but the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that i farm heartstoppers with my bishop with heal (ign Bisholir). I would guess i got reported for botting or hacking, but believe me, that was not the case. I simply left my auto heal button in my keyboard pressed while i watched a movie; to gain stoppers for personal use (i dont sell them). I know this maybe sounds as an excuse, but i lost track of time and kept my bishop doing the same thing: spamming heal. I dont even know how to "hack" or "bot". Im a 28 year old guy who simply plays royals after work, thats all. I have been playing for the last year and a half and honestly, i have never broken any server rule or guideline, and i would never risk getting banned. I have always been friendly (you can ask around: current guild bosshunters). I beg of you, please unban me, i promise i will never farm stoppers that way. If you need any proof from my part that i could provide that would help my case, please let me know and i will gladly help. I am a big enjoyer of the mapleroyals community and i would never do anything that would jeopardize my characters or the server. I am deeply sorry for what looked like a bannable incident but please, i have never done that and i would never do it (i promise i have absolutely no idea how to anyway).
