IGN's - InfinitePal itzinfinite Infiniteice 91assassin Problem: I have all my emails but cant get sent a recovery from the royals site to any of them for some reason. Details: After comming back to this game I managed to find the emails to 5 of my accounts including this one but for some reason when i go to reset the passwords on mapleroyals forum it says user not found. I also believe it could be because the accounts were never confirmed in the first place. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
To recover an in game account you need to go through the control panel on the main website. See that and other options here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ Also note, emails are case sensitive. You must enter it the way you've entered it at the time of registration.
