got unusual error when tried to start game

I kept getting this trouble even if I redownload and reinstall many times.And this is my screenshoot including some chinese words,probably get more useful help whoever knows chinese.

 

Your maple royals should be inside the folder and not desktop

 

the "mapleroyals.exe" auto disappeared after i clicked it,and appeared this error msg

 

Your firewall or anti virus may have erased part of the file when you install. Go into your firewall/anti virus setting and make an exception to the maple royals folder.

 

If windows defender blockingg it you have to exclude the file

Google for it, as different version of Defenders have different ways of excluding files. If you're on Windows 10, go to Virus & Threat Protection > Virus & threat protection setting > Exclusions.
Also, put the client inside the MapleRoyals folder.

 

Then how about this?Whenever i start computer,appear this msg.Is it relating to the problem?

 

Nope, independent problem. That's with your Adobe Acrobat, probably it's corrupted.

 

Thanks for all replies.what I did was closing firewall and windows defender during downloading setup and installing folder,but no any improvement

 

Your original error seems like lack of administrator permission. Run the client with admin privilege.

 

Yea I think so,but getting permission is another problem,isn't it?

 

To get permission simply right click the program and press 'Run as Administor'.

 

After I press "run as administrator",still not work

 

I have another question.I can log in but if I change channel,screen will turn to black and disconnect.How to deal with it?Should I adjust compatibility?I'm using win10.

 

I compared between my desktop and laptop,and found difference at here.

Desktop(win7)

Owner is TrustedInstaller.

Laptop(win10)

Owner is Administrators.

The owner of C:\ is different.
And the result is:desktop works,laptop doesn't work.
Anyone has idea for solving this??
