This ss was taken in-game of the Goth Ponytail hair when on a rope. There is an extra "tail" that hangs down my body which I don't see on character design sites. This image is how I think the hair should appear with only one outer tail. Is there anyway to change this to how I see it on other sites? Thank you!
This is an issue caused by our client rendering both frames of backHair and backHairBelowCap at the same time, which I guess higher version clients might not do. Usually this isn't an issue due to backHairBelowCap most of the time being completely overlapped by backHair. We will need to make some manual adjustments to the backHair frames so that it no longer sticks out. This may take some time so the fix should be expected for no earlier than Update 72. If you'd like a RP refund for the hair please open a thread in the donor section.
I notice this bug appears when I am wearing a headband/hairpin type hat. With a transparent hat on, the hair looks normal on a rope.
