Could i kindly request for the details of the so called assumed Vote Abuse. Just to clarify. My brothers and share the same network/computer at home. Just if i didn't get the TOR wrong, I believe either one of us are allow to vote on the home network while the other do it on his mobile connection? Quoted of the thread 'P.S.
