Closed Gtop100 and Vote Issues

    So I've been away from my home for a week. In that time I had not voted. However today when i returned home and tried to vote I got an error message

    "This ip has already voted! Please vote again in 07:05:40 Hours:Minutes:Seconds
    "

    I know for a fact that I had NOT accessed my Home IP or accounts while away. Is this a fluke with GTop100?
