gtop100 voting

    Recently there seems to be a change on gtop100, and it now treats 999.999.999.10 and 999.999.999.53 or whatever the same.
    Royals webpage shows that I can vote now but gtop100 says someone already voted.
    I am voting on my phone and the last part of the ip changes. It seems like someone on 999.999.999.*** is voting too.
