Hey all, I haven't played this game in years and when I did play I didn't get past level 40 or 50 or so, so I've been trying to wrap my head around a lot of information in the past few days to make sure that I have enough INT to hp wash and that I'm using the right equipment etc. One thing I'm lost on is how the scrolls and item slots work? If a scroll says 70 % does that mean it'll increase the base stats of said item by 70%? How do scrolls apply to stat-less armor/weapons? Thanks in advance.
