    Hi,

I am the guild leader of "Playgirls" and I suddenly was kicked from the guild after I checked the guild tab. I also crashed the moment I checked. My other guildies were kicked from the guild and crashed when they all tried to go to the guild tab. Additionally, everyone in the alliance was kicked from the alliance, therefore effectively disbanding it ( we can just recreate the alliance but the real issue is everyone being kicked from playgirls, including the me, the guild leader) .

The only bug I can think of is that - my guild "Playgirls" reached around 130-140 members and crashed. This may have something to do with the new update and the game not allowing such high capacity. I payed a lot of mesos to increase the capacity of this guild and now I am kicked as well as several members. Please assist?

Update: the guild is just gone. Friends logging in are no longer in the guild and are all asking me why they were kicked.

    Hi,

I'm looking into this now. At first glance it sounds like there may be some sort of client limitation to do with having 128 or more members in a guild, seeing as your guild and alliance information still exists within the server. If that's the case, we'll need to adjust the guild member capacity limit and manually remove a member from your guild.

I'll update you once I have more information.

Turns out, it's not a client limitation, but rather a bug within the server to do with how it prepares the guild data to be sent to the client that was (somehow) missed during testing.

Nothing will need to be done to your guild or alliance, we'll simply need to have a server check to fix the issue so that the client receives the correct guild data. We're planning on having one later today to update the server with this fix.
Up until then, guilds with 128 or more members will cause the guild information to not appear within clients, and for the guild names to not show up under users. The guilds still exist, however the client doesn't receive the data for the guild and therefore doesn't know about it.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

Appreciate the fast response and help Karven! That is great to hear. Just a few questions - Will the latest patch/update still increase guild capacity to 250? or will we be limited to 128? Also, will this fix the alliance disband bug or is that a separate issue?

It'll still be increased to 250. I've temporarily limited the guild NPC to only allow guilds to be increased to a maximum of 125 member slots for the time being, until the next server check.

The alliance bug is coupled with this bug; the client doesn't receive guild data at all, whether it be guild data that's used for your Guild window and showing your guild's name underneath your name, or the guild data that gets used within alliances. To be clear, I can confirm that Playgirls is still apart of the Mansion alliance, which has five guilds in total. After the server check, your client will receive the correct guild data, so both your guild and your alliance will function normally again.

Thanks so much! I will also assume that I do not have to rebuy guild capacity for playgirls (I already bought capacity past 125) when the guild capacity is fixed to 250.

Appreciate the help! Feel free to close this report assuming everything goes as planned. Have a great day!

This should be fixed as of Update 67.1, which was just released on the server. Your guild and alliance should be working again - let me know if that's the case!

It works! Thanks for all the help! Please do include when guilds can go over the 128 capacity in some form in patch notes / announcements when it does get fixed. Have a great day!
