Guild emblem not showing

My guild emblem is only showing for my own character on my screen. Everyone else in my guild has no emblem next to the guild name. I think its the same case for the other members too. They can only see the emblem under their name, but cannot see the emblem under other members.

Spoke to player. This is my point of view; the emblem doesn't show, even on him.

I wonder if it's any relative of this bug? It sounds similar... Perhaps you could try cc-ing to check?

I should have also mentioned I created the guild today. Not sure if that matters or not.
