Do you remember at which point the GP seemed to change incorrectly? And out of interest, is there a player who GPQ's with you but leaves and joins the guild frequently?
Last Friday is when we began GPQ runs. We had 665 points. Saturday, both the guild board and the guild window showed that we had only 319 points (which were earned before that Friday). A member of the staff stated that this was likely due to some sort of reset that was done on Friday. Other guilds were not affected at this time. On Saturday and Sunday, we completed more GPQ runs, though we failed 4 runs over those two days because of disconnection issues (server-wide, not just those in GPQ). After being kicked out of GPQ because of disconnections, the guild board went back to showing 319 points, but the guild window showed the appropriate amount of points we had earned. After earning more points at this time, the guild board would go back to showing the appropriate amount of points. Either Monday or Tuesday, the guild board went back to showing the old points as you see in the screenshots provided by illuminate. This time, however, ALL guilds are showing an old record of their points. I remember that Crown had 42xx points and Noobs had 2xxx points. No. While our team for a specific GPQ changes often, we have no member who we add/remove from the guild specifically for GPQ purposes. edit: Woke up today and the signboard says 319 points again. It is showing the old points for all guilds (I'm assuming its whatever each guild had before last friday). I haven't figured out at what time during the day it resets.
This happened to me as well. We completed the run and it showed our new rank, then literally 2-5 minutes later we re-checked the board and it rolled back. But our guild points on the guild tab remained true. After we completed another stage, the board updated again and has not glitched ever since. No member that did a run with us quit the guild.
